Dark chocolate cheesecake recipe ingredients:
- 140 grams dark chocolate
- 120 grams butter
- 2 eggs
- 150 grams sugar
- 60 grams flour

Chocolate cheesecake filling recipe ingredients:
- 700 grams cream cheese
- 200 grams sugar
- 3 eggs
- 200 grams dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoons whipping cream
- 1 deciliter cappuccino (or coffee)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 lemon
Easy chocolate cake recipe ingredients:
- 300 grams graham cracker crumbs
- 100 grams unsalted butter
- milk
Chocolate cappuccino cheesecake recipe instruction:
Mix cream cheese and sugar. Separately beat eggs and mix them in cheese mixture.
Melt dark chocolate with whipping cream on steam to become smooth and mix that in cheese eggs mixture.
Pour made cappuccino, vanilla extract and juice from 1 lemon in chocolate mixture, and mix all together to get nice creamy filling.
For cake: melt 100 grams of butter in low heat, add graham crumbs in it and stir it. If you need, add few tablespoons of milk, so you get compact mass (be careful not to get too watery mass).
Pour cake in the cake pan and straighten the cake mass in it.
Pour chocolate cheesecake filling over the cake and bake it in preheated oven to 170°C for about 45 minutes.
When your cake is finished, turn off the oven and open it, but leave cake pan in it for 45 minutes more to dry.
Cool the cake in the fridge (in the cake pan) for at least 3 hours. After 3 hours you can take your chocolate cake out off the cake pan and decorate it with edible colorful cake decorations.
