Dark chocolate candy recipe ingredients:
- 200 grams dark chocolate (or milk chocolate)
- 1 tablespoon shredded orange peel
- 1 teaspoon rum
- 100 grams chopped nuts or raisins
Easy rum chocolates recipe instruction:
Melt chocolate on the steam and stir shredded orange peel and rum in it (you can add some sugar if you like to).
Remove it from the heat and keep stirring it up to cool down a little (few minutes).
Form ball shape chocolates with a teaspoon on baking paper.
In the middle of every chocolate ball place some chopped nuts or raisins.
Cool it before you serve it.

Easy chocolate caramel recipe ingredients:
- 100 grams dark chocolate
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 4 tablespoons whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 50 grams unsalted butter
- rum
- a handful of hazelnuts, grind
Gourmet chocolate candy recipe instruction:
Mix all ingredients except hazelnuts in a saucepan and cook it in moderate temperature for 15 minutes.
Now add hazelnuts in the mixture, stir it and periodically check if it’s finished ( pour a little in the cup with cold water and if it is thicken it’s finished). Remove saucepan from the heat.
Fill the chocolate molds with the mixture and let them cool. Mixture should be thick, so you can take caramels out from the molds easily.
Take chocolate caramels out of the molds and serve your chocolate candies.

Dark chocolate praline recipe ingredients:
- 2 deciliter whipping cream
- 50 grams cocoa powder
- 2 egg yolks
- 120 grams unsalted butter
- 100 grams confectioner’s sugar
- 200 grams dark chocolate, melted
- 50 grams shredded chocolate
Easy Christmas chocolate candy recipe instruction:
Pour whipping cream in the saucepan in low heat to boil and stir cocoa powder in it.
Beat egg yolks, mix them in hot cream and remove it from the heat. Mix it till it’s cool.
Mix butter with sugar in the bowl to become smooth, add melted chocolate in it and cold cocoa cream mixture. Mix all together and place the bowl in the fridge to cool.
Form chocolate balls, roll them in shredded chocolate and place them in decorative paper cups.
