Easy white chocolate peanut candies recipe ingredients:
- 150 grams white chocolate
- 50 grams unsalted butter
- 300 grams unsalted peanuts, chopped

Easy chocolate caramel recipe ingredients:
- 100 grams dark chocolate
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 4 tablespoons whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 50 grams unsalted butter
- rum
- a handful of hazelnuts, grind
Gourmet chocolate candy recipe instruction:
Mix all ingredients except hazelnuts in a saucepan and cook it in moderate temperature for 15 minutes.
Now add hazelnuts in the mixture, stir it and periodically check if it’s finished ( pour a little in the cup with cold water and if it is thicken it’s finished). Remove saucepan from the heat.
Fill the chocolate molds with the mixture and let them cool. Mixture should be thick, so you can take caramels out from the molds easily.

Coconut truffle candies recipe ingredients:
- 150 grams confectioner’s sugar
- 150 grams unsalted butter
- 20 grams vanilla sugar
- 150 grams coconut
- 2 tablespoons rum
- 1 teaspoon grind coffee
White chocolate frosting recipe ingredients:
- 200 grams white chocolate
- 6 tablespoons cooking oil
Gourmet chocolate candies recipe instruction:
Mix butter with confectioner’s sugar and vanilla, and add coconut at the end.
Dissolve coffee in the warm rum and mix it in coconut mixture. Cool it in the fridge to tighten, while you make the frosting.
Melt 200 grams of white chocolate with 6 tablespoons of oil in low temperature stirring it all the time, till you get smooth chocolate frosting.
Form small balls (1-1,5 inch) form coconut mixture with your hands, cool them and dip them in the white chocolate frosting.
When white chocolate frosting tightens, you can splash your white chocolate truffles with some melted dark chocolate.
