Homemade Chocolate Liquor Recipe

Homemade chocolate liquor recipe ingredients:
- 400 grams sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 40 grams cocoa powder
- 75 grams bittersweet chocolate, melted
- 5 deciliters milk
- 2 deciliters ethyl alcohol (for making liquors)

Chocolate liquor drink recipe:
Beat egg yolks with sugar. Add cocoa powder and chocolate and mix all together.
Pour cold milk in chocolate cream, mix it, add ethyl alcohol and mix it again.
Pour the liquor in a chocolate liquor bottles and keep it in refrigerator.
