Easy homemade ice cream recipe:

Beat egg yolks with sugar. Melt chocolate in boiling milk and pour beaten egg yolks in it. Cook it for about 5 minutes to thicken (stir it all the way) and remove it from heat. Cool it.

Whisk whipped cream and rum in cooled chocolate mixture. If you like you can add raisins and chopped up hazelnuts in it. Freeze it.
