Chocolate Cream Cheese Recipe

Chocolate cream recipe ingredients:
- 200 grams dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup hot espresso
- 90 grams powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons rum
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 70 grams cream cheese
- 1 cup whipping cream
- Graham crumbs from 4 graham biscuits
Chocolate cream cheese recipe:
Melt chocolate in hot espresso and mix sugar, rum and cinnamon in it.
When you get smooth and compact chocolate mixture, arrange it equally in 6 glasses.
Combine cheese and whipping cream and pour it in the middle of chocolate cream in every glass.
With top of a knife form a whirlpool shape from cheese cream and place it in refrigerator for two hours.
Before you serve your chocolate cream, sprinkle it with graham crumbs.
