Ginger chocolate muffins recipe ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 10 grams baking powder
- 2 tablespoon cocoa
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 50 grams chocolate chips
- 7 tablespoons boiling water
Filling recipe ingredients:
- 48 sour cherries (remove cherry pits)
Dark chocolate frosting recipe ingredients:
- 100 grams dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
Homemade dark chocolate muffin recipe instruction:
Beat eggs with sugar, pour oil, flour and baking powder in it and keep mixing it. Add combined cocoa, ginger and chocolate chips in the mixture and gradually pour boiling water in it while you mix all together.
Pour mixture in the muffin molds and put 4 cherries in every mold. Bake it in 180°C for about 20 minutes.
Chocolate frosting recipe instruction:
Melt chocolate with oil to become smooth mass and frost all muffins with it.
