Dark chocolate cheesecake recipe ingredients:
- 100 grams dark chocolate, shredded
- 50 grams unsalted butter, softened
- 100 grams powdered sugar
- 25 grams cornstarch
- 25 grams flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 egg whites
Cream cheese recipe ingredients:
- 200 grams cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 50 grams sugar
- 30 grams cocoa powder
- 100 grams dark chocolate, shredded
Dark chocolate biscuit recipe:
Mix butter, powdered sugar and shredded dark chocolate to be foamy. Combine vanilla, cornstarch and flour, and mix it in the butter mixture to be smooth cream.
Beat the egg whites and whisk them in butter chocolate cream. Pour the mixture in the greased cake pan and bake it in the preheat oven to 180°C for about 30 minutes.
Cream cheese recipe instruction:
Beat the egg yolks with sugar and mix cocoa and cheese in it. Separately beat the egg whites and whisk it in cheese cream.
Cut the biscuit in half horizontally, spread the 2/3 of cheese cream over the bottom half and cover it with the top half of the biscuit. Spread the rest of cream all over the cake and sprinkle cake with 100 grams of shredded dark chocolate.
Put the chocolate cheese cake in refrigerator for at least 4 hours before you serve it.
