Buttermilk chocolate cake recipe ingredients:
- 250 grams flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 150 grams chocolate chips
- 1 egg, room temperature
- 125 grams sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 80 milliliters cooking oil
- 250 grams buttermilk or fruit yogurt
Chocolate chip muffin recipe:
Combine flour, baking powder and chocolate chips.
Beat egg with a sugar and vanilla in the bowl. Pour oil and buttermilk in it and mix it again. Gradually add flour in the mixture while you mixing it.
Pour mixture in the silicone muffin cups and bake your chocolate muffins in the preheat oven to 175°C for about 20 minutes.
