Melt 200 grams of chocolate in a steamer.
Cook a heavy cream in saucepan (in low temperature) to boil, pour it onto melted dark chocolate and whisk it. Add rum in the chocolate cream and whisk it again.
Cool it in freezer to thicken enough to form truffles from it (at least 3 hours).
Easy chocolate truffle recipe:
Melt 100 grams of chocolate in a steamer.
From thicken mixture form 1 inch round balls, dip them into melted chocolate and roll them into cocoa (or you can roll them into shredded coconut if you like it better).
Place them on wax paper. Refrigerate truffles until coating sets (for about 1 hour).
Chocolate ganache truffles are ready to be served.
