Chocolate Cream Cheese Recipe

Chocolate cream recipe ingredients:
- 200 grams dark chocolate
- 1/2 cup hot espresso
- 90 grams powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons rum
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 70 grams cream cheese
- 1 cup whipping cream
- Graham crumbs from 4 graham biscuits
Chocolate cream cheese recipe:
Melt chocolate in hot espresso and mix sugar, rum and cinnamon in it.
When you get smooth and compact chocolate mixture, arrange it equally in 6 glasses.
Combine cheese and whipping cream and pour it in the middle of chocolate cream in every glass.

Chocolate candy buckeyes recipe ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 4 cups sifted powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Recipe for buckeyes:
Mix peanut butter, butter, sugar and vanilla to become smooth dough.
Form candy dough into 1 inch balls, place them on wax paper lined cookie sheet and freeze them until firm (for about 2 hours).
Melt chocolate chips on the steam to become smooth mass. Insert toothpick into frozen balls and dip three-fourths of balls into chocolate, leaving small area to resemble the buckeye nuts.
Cool on wax paper and store it back in refrigerator (at least 2 hours) or freezer.

Almond marzipan recipe ingredients:
- 300 grams almonds
- 250 grams sugar
- 4 tablespoons milk

- 50 grams dark chocolate, melted
Homemade marzipan recipe instruction:
Pour almonds into boiling water for few minutes, so you can peal off the skin from them. Let pealed almonds to become cold and grind them.
Melt sugar with some milk in low heat. Pour ground almonds in melted sugar and cook it to thicken. Stir it all the way and do not allow mixture to boil, cause it might get burned. Remove it from the heat and almond marzipan is ready to be used.

White Chocolate Marzipan Recipe – Fine Chocolate Cherry Cake Recipe

White chocolate marzipan recipe ingredients:
- 6 tablespoons powdered sugar
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 100 grams white chocolate
- 50 grams butter
- 150 grams marzipan
- 150 grams graham crumbs
- 100 grams ground walnuts
Sour cherry filling ingredients:
- 1 kilogram sour cherries
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 1 instant vanilla pudding (40-50 grams)
Chocolate frosting ingredient:
- 100 grams melted dark chocolate

Fine chocolate cherry cake recipe:
Melt sugar in lemon juice in low temperature. Add white chocolate with butter in it and add marzipan in the end. Stir the white chocolate mixture all the way and cook it, till ingredients merge.
Combine graham crumbs and walnuts and pour that in the hot mixture of marzipan and chocolate. Stir it and remove it from the heat.
Divide mixture in two equal parts and, with wet rolling pin, make two cake layers (sprinkle some grounded walnuts under them first, cause it is sticky mass).
Sour cherry filling recipe:
Clean cherries from the cherry pits and pour sugar over them. Let it stand like that for an hour, to release their juice.
Strain the cherries and in their juice (you’ll need about 2 deciliters) stir instant vanilla pudding and cook it to become thick (about 3 minutes to boil).
Arrange cake in this order:
- Put first chocolate marzipan cake layer in the cake pan
- Spread half of cherries on the cake
- Pour vanilla pudding on the cherries
- Spread rest of the sour cherries on the pudding
- Cover cherries with a second chocolate marzipan cake layer
- Pour chocolate frosting on top of the cake
Put the white chocolate cake in refrigerator for a few hours. Cut the cold cake with the hot knife, so you’ll have nicely cut pieces.

- 8 tablespoons honey
- 100 grams sugar

- 250 grams yellow sugar
- 100 grams cocoa

- 10 grams vanilla sugar

Homemade nutella recipe ingredients:
- 90 grams powdered sugar
- 100 grams ground hazelnuts
- 70 grams butter
- 100 grams dark chocolate
- 1 deciliter milk

How to make nutella recipe instruction:
Combine sugar and hazelnuts.
Melt chopped chocolate with a butter on the steam. Add hazelnuts with sugar in it and stir it.
Pour milk in the hot chocolate mix and stir it, till it becomes smooth and compact cream (it takes about one minute).
Remove it from the steam, pour it in the nutella glass jar and refrigerate it.
You can use your homemade cream as nutella spread for the nutella cake recipes or as nutella chocolate cream for the pancakes.
