Moist Chocolate Cupcake Recipe – Dark Chocolate Cup Cakes Recipe

Moist chocolate cupcake recipe ingredients:

• 4 eggs
• 150 grams sugar
• 140 grams butter, softened
• 100 grams dark chocolate, melted
• 90 grams all purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder

Cupcakes decorations ingredients:

• Apricot jam
• 1/2 cup whipped cream

Beat eggs with a sugar and mix butter and melted chocolate in it.

Add flour and baking powder in chocolate mix and mix it good.

Fill lined cupcake pans and bake in a preheated oven to 180°C for about 25 minutes.

Cool chocolate cupcakes, spread thin layer of apricot jam over them and frost them with whipped cream.
