Chocolate ganache recipe ingredients:
- 125 grams heavy cream
- 50 grams butter
- 250 grams white chocolate, chopped
- 200 grams dried cranberries, chopped
White chocolate frosting recipe ingredients:
- 100 grams white chocolate
- 2 tablespoons oil

- 200 grams dark chocolate (or milk chocolate)
- 1 tablespoon shredded orange peel

- 2 deciliter whipping cream
- 50 grams cocoa powder
- 2 egg yolks
- 120 grams unsalted butter
- 100 grams confectioner’s sugar

Pour whipping cream in the saucepan in low heat to boil and stir cocoa powder in it.

Coconut truffle candies recipe ingredients:
- 150 grams confectioner’s sugar
- 150 grams unsalted butter
- 20 grams vanilla sugar
- 150 grams coconut
- 2 tablespoons rum
- 1 teaspoon grind coffee
White chocolate frosting recipe ingredients:
- 200 grams white chocolate
- 6 tablespoons cooking oil

Mix butter with confectioner’s sugar and vanilla, and add coconut at the end.

Dark chocolate cherry recipe ingredients:
- 125 grams almonds, peeled and grind
- 75 grams honey
- 100 grams dark chocolate, melted
- Cherry petals (you can use dried cherry petals tea)

- 1 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 4 cups sifted powdered sugar
