Chocolate No Bake Cookies – Soft Chocolate Cookie Recipe with Rum

Chocolate no bake cookies ingredients:
- 200 grams unsalted butter
- 300 grams sugar powder
- 100 grams melted chocolate
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 2 tablespoons rum
- 400 grams graham crumbs
- 200 grams ground nuts
Soft chocolate cookie recipe with rum:
Combine all ingredients except nuts, make chocolate cookie dough and put it in refrigerator for few hours to become harder.
Make a chocolate cookie balls with your hands, roll them in ground nuts and put them in paper cups.
Keep your chocolate cookies in cold place till you serve them.
