Easy chocolate fudge cake recipe ingredients:
- 150 grams flour
- 50 grams almonds, grind
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 30 grams sugar
- 1 egg
- 80 grams unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Rich chocolate filling recipe ingredients:
- 50 grams unsalted butter
- 75 grams honey
- 400 grams dark chocolate chips
- 100 grams milk chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 150 grams almonds, ground
- 75 ml Bailey’s (or milk)
- 50 ml milk
- 3 eggs
- 250 ml whipped cream

- Mix all fudge cake ingredients together and leave dough in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Roll the cake dough to fit in the cake pan and leave 3 centimeters more from sides to coat the cake pan.
- To make filling, melt honey and butter on the heat and add chocolate chips in it.
- When chocolate melts as well, remove it from heat and mix cocoa, almonds and milk in it.
- Beat eggs separately and mix them in the chocolate filling.
- Pour the filling in the cake pan over the cake dough.
- Bake it in preheated oven to 180°C for 30 – 35 minutes.
- Cool the cake and spread whipped cream all over the cake.

Ginger chocolate muffins recipe ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 10 grams baking powder
- 2 tablespoon cocoa
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 50 grams chocolate chips
- 7 tablespoons boiling water
Filling recipe ingredients:
- 48 sour cherries (remove cherry pits)
Dark chocolate frosting recipe ingredients:
- 100 grams dark chocolate
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
Homemade dark chocolate muffin recipe instruction:
Beat eggs with sugar, pour oil, flour and baking powder in it and keep mixing it. Add combined cocoa, ginger and chocolate chips in the mixture and gradually pour boiling water in it while you mix all together.
Pour mixture in the muffin molds and put 4 cherries in every mold. Bake it in 180°C for about 20 minutes.

Easy chocolate caramel recipe ingredients:
- 100 grams dark chocolate
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 4 tablespoons whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 50 grams unsalted butter
- rum
- a handful of hazelnuts, grind
Gourmet chocolate candy recipe instruction:
Mix all ingredients except hazelnuts in a saucepan and cook it in moderate temperature for 15 minutes.
Now add hazelnuts in the mixture, stir it and periodically check if it’s finished ( pour a little in the cup with cold water and if it is thicken it’s finished). Remove saucepan from the heat.
Fill the chocolate molds with the mixture and let them cool. Mixture should be thick, so you can take caramels out from the molds easily.
Take chocolate caramels out of the molds and serve your chocolate candies.
