Moist chocolate cupcake recipe ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 150 grams sugar
- 140 grams butter, softened
- 100 grams dark chocolate, melted
- 90 grams all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- Apricot jam
- 1/2 cup whipped cream

Beat eggs with a sugar and mix butter and melted chocolate in it.
Add flour and baking powder in chocolate mix and mix it good.
Fill lined cupcake pans and bake in a preheated oven to 180°C for about 25 minutes.
